Inspired resolve—the mechanics of magnetism—attracts breakthroughs. What's in store for your rising sign during the next 12 months?
“The harder I work, the luckier I get.” —Samuel Goldwyn
THE DREAM BIG PLANET has officially moved into Taurus—the make-it-real-and-give-it-to-me-now sign.
Whenever Jupiter shifts domains, the entire Zodiac is recalibrated to remind us of everything life-affirming. A lightning spark for dreaming is rekindled, not Neptunian-style dreaming (that’s sketchy or unfounded), but dreaming bound in the mechanics of making something happen. You hatch the inspiration (Jupiter), and then you start to work (Taurus).
Think of Jupiter as the air in a glassblower’s lungs. Once the amorphic blob of molten glass is positioned on the end of her blowpipe, pushing air (Jupiter) into the uncertain shape—and then fashioning the material in the furnace—brings a new, beautiful object (Taurus) into the world.
It doesn’t matter whatever aspects the giant planet is making to other planets or points; when you’re a miniature Sun—as Jupiter, the gas giant is, the shift in tenor can’t help but dramatically charge up the cultural biosphere—especially within the first month after the planet’s ingress.
In mythology, Jupiter/Zeus assumed whatever shape he wanted—animal or human, divine or demonic. And he took for a mate—male or female—whomever he desired. I guess he was the first version of ‘privileged’ in the cosmos.
To concentrate on putting all the ingredients together for your masterwork, whatever the expression, you have twelve months to plan, work out the details and execute before Jupiter shifts signs again and enters Gemini in late May of 2024. That’s when the dissemination/networking phase begins on whatever you’ve breathed life into during the next 12 months.
The house in your chart that Jupiter will pass through isn’t guaranteed an effortless boon, btw. Still, the qualities and experiences associated with that house, if brought to the fore and consciously engaged, will draw luck to you.
Luck comes in two versions, the seemingly capricious—but then there’s the step-by-step version. The version where life (and people in it) naturally respond to optimism and upbeat vibes (no one likes being around a pessimist). So what we call luck is sometimes simply nature (and people) responding to what sustains, compliments, and nourishes. It’s the mechanics of magnetism.
The following considerations are rising sign pointers, not Sun signs. If you don’t know your ascendant (and you do know your birth time), you can determine your rising sign easily here. Calibrate the chart to the WHOLE SIGN system, which is how I draw up horoscopes.
Best of luck to each of us!
