Thank you so much for this. One of the best dinner parties I ever threw became even better when Michael showed up. (EDITED to add that it was a dinner for my friend, the divine and brilliant Australian astrologer Jessica Adams.) And I saw him not that long ago as he lived in the same building where my dentist's office is, and I was there in a bad mood for a long-overdue visit, when out popped Michael just as I was leaving. It was the only time I'd ever been glad to go to the dentist! He was in good spirits....am just so sad. May his memory be a blessing.

What a magical creature, powerful in word and silence, fiercely capable of establishing justice in the face of any demon. Reaching him for a reading was like trying to play a Vitrola. He was impressively analog. He worked in a way that set the bar highest for anyone dealing with the psychic space of others. Small interactions with him were priceless gateways. One of the last things he said to me was “Libra is the manifestation of not having murdered someone.” Amen. RIP ML! ♥️
45 years ago, Saturn Signs launched me into a deeper understanding of astrology and desire for the knowledge and the science of it. He seemed to point a way for one to divine one’s own wisdom from it.
Paraphrased: “Imagine a potion. One drop and you have a baby. Two drops and you have a whole new type of humankind, free from insecurities, doubt, prejudices…three drops and you blow up humanity.”
That imminence, that immediacy without drama…it was just what a fractured 16 year old needed. When notable people die, I observe and am grateful. I’m actually crying now. Vale, Michael Lutin and thank you for helping me build my life.

I remember his Mercury joke during the Monterrey CA UAC conference in the mid 90's --OMG, pithy, funny, especially to a huge room full of astrologers!
I am forever grateful to him for the article of what was to come in the 2020's -- he prepared me, thank you Michael Lutin, RIP.

RIP Mikey. A truly wonderful human being. So generous, warm and hilarious. He will be dearly missed.
