Tarot Draw for the Winner of the 2024 Presidential Election: Part One

I was reluctant, but I did it anyway. Sometimes you just have to trust the cards.

IS YOUR XANAX WORKING YET?

I don’t know how many presidential elections I've lived through, but nothing compares (or will ever compare again) to 2024. It feels like we’re standing at the threshold of a nuthouse. Will we enter the institution or change course and have the stamina (and luck) to initiate an utterly unique chessboard arrangement?

Only an hybrid entity like Donald Trump (and the force field surrounding him) could illicit an equally radical phenomenon that counterbalances (or counteracts) the MAGA madness. It’s funny how the universe’s compensatory nature works.

Anyway, as you’ll see in the vid above, I did two three-card spreads: one for Trump and one for Harris. What I neglected to mention in the video is that when I pulled the cards for each candidate, I knew which set of cards corresponded to which candidate. In other words, I wasn’t going to contemplate the cards and decide later which spread went where. Sorry about any confusion, but I was too lazy to reshoot the video, knowing I could clarify things in the commentary here.

For my paid subscribers, I’ll feature another video (tomorrow or Sunday) featuring my delineations of the spreads as they are allotted to each candidate.

Again, regarding the video, the first card I drew for each candidate represents the past, the forces behind them driving their campaigns, and how those strategies were organized. The second card represents Election Day, November 5, and who will be announced as the winner. And the final card corresponds to January 6 when all of the offical electoral college stuff is finalized—sealing the deal.

And a final note: the only Tarot deck I work with is the Crowley-Harris deck. Why? I was trained on the deck by my teacher Wendy Cohen, who had an unnervingly witchy relationship with the cards. Also, the Crowley deck’s gravitas is undeniable. (And my Saturn is in Scorpio.)

See you this weekend.

Love,
