I don't know who wrote that, but Pisces George Harrison wrote in one of his songs, "If you don't know where you are going, any road will get you there."

Much like a motto I encountered and adopted in the ‘80s, “wherever you go, there You are!”

Found several references using a Google image search. Here's one: Freemason Symbolism by Pierre Blanchard is a painting by Esoterica Art Agency which was uploaded on November 14th, 2016.

Hi Dennis

Thank you — that’s the image citation; but I’m looking for attribution to the passage I posted. Although I think one of my readers found it. I’ll ammend that later.

Goddamn, I think you’re right.

I’m an avid Berman aficionado so that makes sense.

Now I need to find his book in the chaos of my library.

What gave you the feeling it was Berman?

My feeling was that I would really like to know because it sounded worth reading. Truth is, I dropped the entire passage into Google., blew through all the egg recipes that came up until I found the link to the highlighted passage. Thank you for the inspiration, I’m definitely going to read.

Ha! You beat me to the bunch. I found the book in my library, and you were correct.

And yes, it's one of Berman's finest works. I recall going over several chapters several times as they were so cogent.

I'll amend my post now. Thank you again for your keen guess!
